I stayed in one of the Shirin’s flat and the experience was awesome. It was a gated society with all amenities. The location and surroundings was safe and very well maintained. The flat was fully furnished with all the required household stuff which is the best part. The room was spacious. I had a very peaceful time staying there. Shirin is a helpful lady who takes care of all our concerns and always respond on time.

It was really very nice experience while my stay in one of the Shirin’s flat. The flat and room was very spacious, ventilated, fully furnished and well maintained. I really felt like home during my stay over there. One of the best thing is Shirin always makes sure that the issues/concerns are addressed asap if any. Cleanliness is also there and on top of that she cares about her tenants comfort as well.

Overall again I can say I felt like home during my stay with all the required things available.

From the beginning it was evident that Shirin genuinely cared about tenant’s comfort. She promptly answered my questions and shared available options and made sure my move-in was as easy as it can be. She helped with all the paperwork and rental agreement.

I live in a fully furnished apartment in a gated community and the property is very well maintained. Shirin and team are amazing and ensure everything(during and after move-in) is perfect and nothing less.

My stay at one of Shirins property has been great and seamless from the very beginning. Shirin has been super helpful in helping me to transition from my previous rental to the current one (regarding paperwork etc. which was useful having moved from abroad) which I found through Facebook. Shirin made an effort to check I was settling in to the apartment okay and continues to regularly check in to make sure everything in the flat is running smoothly which is great. The interiors of the apartment are great and the place is well kept – the place truly feels like a home away from home.

The property I moved into is in a gated society with best-in-class amenities. The apartment came fully furnished with all the necessary utilities before I moved in.

All my requests/ concerns regarding the property, were responded to, quickly & taken up on priority.
